205 Gti Outer Window Scrapers Sold in pairs

We have been working on the development of our replacement window scrapers for a little while now!

These have been made using a 2-stage extruded rubber mould. This enables us to have a firm rubber compound for the part of the seal which clips into place, while also allowing a flexible/soft rubber for the areas we want to seal against the glass.  These are also suitable for the 309 3 door only.

We used a rubber spec which has a high UV resistance. So to resistance ageing.

The end trimming is done on one of our CNC machines.

Flocking along the contact edges enable the rubber to glide against the glass.
