205 GTi6 Aluminium Thermostat Adaptor    £39




The front thermostat hose is a problem when replacing the standard 205 engine with a 2.0L 16v engine from the 306 GTi6. As the GTi6 has a non standard hose fitment making the conversion not only difficult but also messy if not done correctly.

This lightweight adaptor is designed to be a direct fitment to the side of the GTi6 thermostat housing. The original 8v connector cap can then be reused, along with the 8v top radiator hose.

The adaptors have been precision machined from high quality billet aluminium. The centre hole is tapered to ensure an efficient coolant flow.
