Description: Many 205GTI's now run with the 1905cc Mi16 Engine. One issue with this conversion is having enough space to comfortably fit the air filter behind the headlight. Using the original 405 Mi16 intake hose makes for a very tight fit and will not do anything to benefit the breathing of the engine.

A lot of the original rubber intake hoses are now showing their age. It is not uncommon for them to split and cause hard to diagnose running issues.


The Benefits of this new Silicon hose are as follows:

• 150mm shorter than the original. Resulting in the air filter fitment not being so cramped!
• The Oval end of the hose includes a ridge on the inside, which seals to the throttle body in a similar way to the original.
• Both Aluminium fittings are CNC turned with the correct I.D.'s so the oil breather system will perform like Peugeot Intended
• The Inner part of the hose is Fluoro Lined to stop any damage to the hose caused by the oil vapour

Blanking plugs are available separately. These may be required if you run a non-standard oil breather arrangement i.e. cars running an oil breather catch tank.
